Why me? Let’s chat about my experience:

I have two master's degrees, one from the University of Sussex in Applied Social Psychology and one from Columbia University School of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice. 

I have worked in treatment centers, hospitals, and group practices - I know the ropes. While working full time, I started my private practice in 2015. I was able to quit my full time job after just six months. 

After 9 months in private practice, I was making more than I had while working in corporate healthcare, and I was working less than half the amount. 

I started my group practice in 2020 by hiring one person, and now in 2024 I have three therapists working for me. 

While I still have a small caseload of long term clinical clients, I have shifted my work to primarily focus on running my business and coaching other therapists to run theirs. 

While I think it’s important to be transparent about my education and experience - working with me is more about fit. If you are looking for a coach that is about rigidity, 5am wake ups, cold plunges and hustle culture, I am not your girl.
